It all started from a dream that woke me up around 3am in the morning. I believe that the dream was calling me to help bring people together, but I didn’t know how or where I was supposed to begin.

About year later after having the dream, I stumbled upon becoming a personal chef, and even since then, I have been watching people come together in love and joy through the food we serve.

At Reese Villa Personal Chef Services, our mission is to help create new memories at your dining table that will last forever and take the extra stress out your day, so you have more time to do what you love whether it’s for a special occasion, family vacation or meal prep, we are here to help simplify your life.

Chef Patty is a local private chef who currently works primarily for a high-end hunting lodge in Garland, NC.  She also does meal presentations at the Cape Fear Food and Wine Club through the Seasoned Gourmet. 

Chef Patty perfected her diverse food offerings, which range from small plates to five course meals, at her award-winning bed & breakfast near Wilmington.  She enjoys creating simple, but elegant and incredibly flavorful food!

Hi! My name is Lex! I am a CFCC Culinary graduate and have been serving in the culinary field for almost 7 years! Cooking and exploring new foods have always been a passion of mine. I can’t wait to cook and share that passion with you!

Even though it all started cooking at home from scratch with my mother and grandmother, I have over 20 years in varied cuisines and dining establishments between Wilmington and Charlotte North Carolina. I enjoy making dining and coming together, “times to remember”!
